Who we are
ODOFOX ("we", "us") operates the website odofox.com. The site is operated by PHU San-Tec Łukasz Wałkuski, al. marsz. Piłsudskiego 58 lok. 118, 18-400 Łomża, Poland. You can reach us at info@odofox.com.
What this policy covers
This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit odofox.com or send us a message through the contact form, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only, not to the websites of our clients.
Information you give us
When you send the contact form we collect the information you type in: your name, email address, company or website (optional), the service you are interested in, and your message (optional). We use it to reply to you and to prepare a quote. We do not use it for anything else without asking you first.
Information collected automatically
When the form is sent, our server records the time, the page URL, your IP address and your browser type (user agent). We use this to protect the form from abuse and to diagnose problems. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the request comes from a human and may process your IP address and browser signals for that purpose. Our site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across other websites.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a technical cookie needed for security checks. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.
How we use your information
To reply to your message and prepare a quote. To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse. To understand how many people visit the site. If we later sign an agreement with you, information from your message becomes part of our business records with you.
Legal basis (for visitors in the EU/EEA and UK)
We process contact form data because you asked us to get in touch (steps before a contract) and on our legitimate interest in running a secure website and answering enquiries. Analytics and security data are processed on our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and safe.
Who we share it with
We use service providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, security, Turnstile, analytics), Resend (delivering your message to our inbox), and Hostinger (our email mailbox). They may store data in the United States or in the European Union. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Messages from the contact form are kept as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of our work together and the period required by tax and accounting rules. If nothing comes of your enquiry we delete it within 24 months. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to info@odofox.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA you can also complain to your local data protection authority; ours is the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, uodo.gov.pl).
California residents
If you live in California, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights. Send requests to info@odofox.com.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
We use HTTPS on the whole site, bot protection on the form, and providers with recognised security practices. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
